The Benlu aluminum template pull tab system is a type of aluminum template system that uses the Benlu aluminum template pull tab reinforcement method. Compared to the screw system, it does not require drilling and the wall will not leave holes after demolding, greatly reducing the risk of external wall leakage. It has the characteristics of good construction quality, fast installation, and low cost.
Benlu Aluminum Template Pulling Plate is a high-strength manganese steel plate with a thickness of 1.85 to 2mm. The length is determined by the thickness of the wall and column. The pulling plate body is equipped with V-shaped notches along its length direction near the edges of both ends. The V-shaped notches divide the pulling plate body into a containment part that is poured into the wall and an exposed part located at both ends of the containment part, which is exposed to the wall. The exposed part is equipped with installation connection holes and connected to the aluminum template with pin plates.
During concrete construction, the aluminum formwork on both sides can be tightly pulled to prevent formwork expansion and explosion during the construction process, ensuring construction quality. The material of the pull tab is high-strength manganese steel, and each batch undergoes tensile testing to ensure that each pull tab can withstand a tensile force of 2.6 to 2.8 tons or more.
