Benlu Aluminum Template Pulling Plate is a high-strength manganese steel plate with a thickness of 1.85 to 2mm. The length is determined by the thickness of the wall and column. The pulling plate body is equipped with V-shaped notches along its length direction near the edges of both ends. The V-shaped notches divide the pulling plate body into a containment part that is poured into the wall and an exposed part located at both ends of the containment part, which is exposed to the wall. The exposed part is equipped with installation connection holes and connected to the aluminum template with pin plates.


During concrete construction, the aluminum formwork on both sides can be tightly pulled to prevent formwork expansion and explosion during the construction process, ensuring construction quality. The material of the pull tab is high-strength manganese steel, and each batch undergoes tensile testing to ensure that each pull tab can withstand a tensile force of 2.6 to 2.8 tons or more.
